ve to this astonishing, uncertain, grief-str…else can we give to this astonishing, uncertain, grief-stricken world, other than our whole selves? I may not be able to make sense of many things, but here under the cedar tree some ancient, star-born part of me says that in all this chaos, a new world is being born, that in all this darkness, we are symphonies of light.
